| Mainsail Development Group Inc. is developing a boutique, luxury villa resort and spa community on Scrub Island in the British Virgin Islands. Scrub Island is a 230-acre private island located just five minutes by ferryboat from Beef Island Airport adjacent to Marina Cay. Construction has already begun with all utilities, water and sewage plants completed along with paved roads. The project has received formal approval from the BVI government and construction is planned to begin in April/May 2006. Marina Suites are SOLD OUT however we are accepting reservations for Ocean View Villas, Long View Residences, and Estate Lots. In addition, we will offer our owners access to a new 65 slip full-service marina. Our owners and guests will be able to enjoy our three secluded white sand beaches, picturesque turquoise waters, and marina along with other proposed 5-star amenities, which include a luxurios spa, cigar bar, observatory, and wine cellar. Prices range from $1,900,000 to $3.9 million. |
